1- Simple Fruit Custard Recipe: 


One dessert that can be found at practically every gathering is fruit custard. This delightful post-meal dessert combines the goodness of fruits with traditional custard made with eggs, sugar, milk, cardamom, and a dash of vanilla. 


Ingredients: 


4 egg yolks 

3 tablespoons of sugar 

400ml milk 

100 ml cream  

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence  

4 green cardamom cloves 

1 tablespoon of flour 

1 1/2 cups freshly cut fruits  


Instructions: 


Egg yolks and sugar are whisked over a double boiler. Combine milk, cream, vanilla extract, and green cardamom in a pan. They should be well combined before being slightly cooled.  


Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Stir it slowly and keep it on a low flame. Combine 1 Tbsp of flour with 2 Tbsp of infused milk in a small bowl. They should be mixed in. The custard will thicken as a result.  


To remove the cardamom, strain the custard mixture into a dish. Drop this custard over the fruit that has just been chopped. Chill and serve cold.

2- Caramel Custard Recipe: 


The classic caramel custard, which is filled with the richness of caramelized sugar and vanilla and dusted with cocoa powder, is one of both kids' and adults' all-time favorite sweets. Caramel custard seems to be a delicious and elegant dessert that can be served in just about an hour. 


Ingredients: 


125 grams of sugar 

1/3 liter of milk4  

4 tablespoons of custard powder (vanilla flavored) 

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence 

2 teaspoons of  chocolate (powdered) 


Instructions: 


In a nonstick pan, caramelize 25 g of sugar with 1 tbsp of water. Boil sugar over low heat for 10 minutes, or until it turns golden brown, then let it cool. Combine custard powder with 20 ml of cold milk and set the mixture aside. Add sugar and boil the milk. Diminish the flame.  


Add the custard milk mixture to the milk that is currently boiling. Cook until it thickens, about 5 minutes. After adding vanilla essence, turn off the fire. Place the caramelized sugar first in a different basin.  


Pour the custard mixture over the caramelized sugar, then sprinkle the chocolate powder on top. After allowing it to cool, chill it for an hour. 


3- Vanilla Custard Recipe: 


Vanilla-flavored thick and creamy custard is served in a glass. This vanilla custard dish is simple and quick. You may spoon it over fruit, layer it into a trifle, or serve it by itself like a pudding! 


Ingredients: 


• 1 vanilla pod 

• 600 ml whole milk 

•  large egg yolks 

2 tablespoons of caster sugar 

1 tablespoon of cornflour 


Instructions: 


Slice the vanilla bean in half, then remove the seeds. Pour the milk into a pan and heat it to just above boiling while adding the seeds and pod. 


Take the mixture off the stove, let it cool a little, and then remove the vanilla bean. Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and cornflour together until they are creamy in color in a large mixing dish. 


Add the warm milk gradually, one ladle at a time, stirring thoroughly before each addition. Return the mixture to the pan, whisking continually as it cooks slowly for 20 minutes or until thickened.  


4- Get-Well Custard Recipe:
 


When you modify this straightforward custard with half-and-half and a no-carb sweetener, it makes a fantastic shift on a low-carb diet and is wonderful when you're not feeling well. 


Ingredients: 


4 cups of whole milk 

4 large eggs 

1/2 cup of sugar 

1/4 teaspoon of salt 

•  teaspoon of vanilla extract 

Ground nutmeg 


Instructions: 


The oven to 350 degrees. Milk should be heated in a small saucepan until bubbles start to appear around the pan's edges. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and salt in a sizable bowl until combined but not frothy. Stir warm milk in gradually. Add vanilla and stir. 


In a 1-1/2 qt. round baking dish, pour the egg mixture through a strainer and top with nutmeg. In a bigger baking pan, set a round baking dish. To fill the pan to within 1/2 inch of the top of the circular baking dish, place it on the oven rack. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted close to the middle comes out clean. 


Even after chilling, the centers would jiggle and feel spongy. Instantly remove the baking dish from the water bath and place it on a wire rack to cool for 30 minutes. Cool in the refrigerator. 


5- Fruit Trifle Recipe: 


A trifle is a popular dessert that is typically served in a circular dish and is made with a variety of fruits in layers of custard, jelly, and fruit. Whipped cream that is thick can be used to top this. Take pleasure in eating this tasty dessert, which is piled with fresh fruit, cake, custard, and jelly. 


Ingredients: 


• 1 tin stewed fruits 

Sponge cake bits (for layer) 

1 cup of custard powder 

3 cups of milk 

1/2 cup of sugar

Bourbon biscuits (for layer) 


Instructions:
