Egg Sandwich Recipes For Morning Breakfast:

To give your day a push, you may occasionally choose something hot and quick in the morning instead of a bowl of cereal. These recipes for egg sandwiches are undoubtedly one of them.

These breakfast sandwiches are cheesy, simple, and incredibly delicious. You only need one pan, some ingredients, and five minutes. Perfect for a quick breakfast. Although these sandwiches are full of eggs and cheese, you can also add other ingredients of your own.

1- Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs (boiled)
  • 8 pieces of bread
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • ¼ cups of green onions (chopped)
  • 2/3 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1/8 tablespoon of salt
  • 1/8 tablespoon of pepper
  • Garlic powder (according to taste)

Preparation:

In a small bowl, stir together the eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Plus also add the chopped onions.

Place pairs of bread on the work surface. One piece of bread in each pair should have around 12 cups (125 mL) of egg salad filling on it. Add a lettuce leaf and an additional slice of bread on top.

Each sandwich should be cut in half or a fourth. And last serve and enjoy!

You can serve easily 6 people.

2- Fried Egg Sandwich Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup
  • ½ tablespoons of chili sauce
  • 2 slices of cheddar
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • 1 slice of bacon (halved)

Preparation:

Spread each slice of bread with a mixture of ketchup and sauce. The cheese should be split between the bread at an angle so that the edges fall over the sides. One slice of bread should have half of the butter spread on the outside. A skillet should be heated to medium. Sandwiches should be pressed on the buttered side down.

Press the bread and cheese together until they are both brown. With the remaining butter, butter the side that is facing up and flip. It should take 3 to 4 minutes to cook until the cheese melts and the food is golden brown. Hold the sandwich while removing it from the heat.

In the meantime, fry the bacon for about 5 minutes over medium heat, or until it is just beginning to crisp. To make a square, flip the bacon over and press the two pieces together. On top, crack an egg and let it fry into the bacon. Cook the egg for another 5 minutes, or until it is fully set. Pull apart the bread with a spoon to help you open up the sandwich, then put the eggs and bacon inside. Slice, close up, and enjoy.

3- Smashed Egg Sandwich Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs  (boiled)
  • 8 slices of bread
  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of cress

Preparation:

Put the eggs in a pot and add cold water to cover them. Bringing to a boil Eggs must be hard-boiled for 7-8 minutes once the heat is reduced. Get rid of the heat. Use cold water to rinse the eggs. Keep standing until the eggs are cold enough to be peeled.

Crack the peeled eggs with a fork into a mixing dish. Add freshly ground black pepper and combine with Mayonnaise.

4- Eggs Smoked Salmon Sandwich Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/4th avocado
  • Smoked Salmon Salt plus pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Some olives

Preparation:

Pour a few drops of butter or cooking oil into the hot pan.

Whip the eggs and milk until you see an egg white froth forming on the surface of the mixture as the pan heats up. 

Add them to the season with salt and pepper, and scramble for two to three minutes. Cut the heat off.

Toast the bread and top it with butter. Now layer the eggs, avocado, salmon, and olives. After adding some freshly ground pepper, it's finished!

5- Bread Omellete Sandwich Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt ( according to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 green chili (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 2 slices of cheese or grated cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon of Italian herbs
Preparation:

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until foamy. Onions, chile, bell pepper, salt, turmeric, and chopped coriander leaves should all be added. Beat thoroughly until the vegetables are included.

Oil in a pan is lit over medium heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the heating pan. Shape the mixture into a square after it starts to set up. Fill it with the egg and cook it until it is fully cooked over medium heat. Italian herbs and black pepper should be added. Over the omelet, sprinkle a slice of cheese or some grated cheese.

Reduce the heat, place a slice of bread on the pan, and spoon the egg omelet onto the slice of bread. Add another slice of bread on top of it. Add a good deal of butter. Turn it over and toast it until the cheese starts to melt on both sides over a low flame. While toasting the bread, press it down with a spatula.
